This project is comprised of an office fit out of 230,000 square feet across 11 floors at the RBC Plaza. Phase I consisted of full renovation of floors 3-5, 20, & 30 in the South Tower, partial renovation of the 3rd floor in the North Tower and the 8th floor in the South Tower. Phase II consisted of a full renovation of floors 9-12 in the South Tower and the 4th floor in the North Tower. Partial renovation of 3rd floor in NT. The 19th floor, comprised of 22,000 square feet is a complete fit out of new space for RBC. Govan Brown executed the back-to-base scope for the landlord in preparation for this fit out. The fit out involved implementing new space and layout standards for RBC. It included washrooms, open office areas, private offices, client facing spaces with high end millwork and complex AV. The scope also included coffee stations, a full service kitchen, LAN rooms along with boardrooms and collaboration spaces to meet RBCs new standards.
